\n\nTravel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:
\nCT Technologist - CT Tech
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work Sunday through Wednesday from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• Must be a graduate of an approved two-year AMA Radiologic Technology School and high school graduate
\n• New York State Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or possess a limited permit to practice required
\n• Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
\n• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification required
\n• Perform CT exams on outpatients, inpatients (both stable and intensive care), research patients, and those requiring specialized CT scan-guided procedures
\n• Utilize specific CT modality to create diagnostic images and provide patients with a safe and positive experience
\n• Work in fast-paced Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center environment
\n• Perform trauma and emergency room scanning
\n• Practice and enforce radiation safety measures in accordance with New York State Department of Health code part 16
\n• Support teaching and continue learning as technology advances
\n• Entry level position with MIT level assigned based on skill set and experience
