Pay & Growth:
With tips, average starting pay ranges from $15–$17/hr. We value growth—employees who show reliability, initiative, and leadership may have opportunities for additional responsibilities, shift leadership, and future management roles.

📅 Availability Requirements:

To set you up for success, we ask for:

• 4–5 shifts/week during training (initial 2–3 weeks)
• Minimum of 3 shifts/week after training, including weekends
• Sunday availability is strongly preferred. (At least 2 Sundays/month required for most positions.)

If you’re unable to work Sundays, this may not be the best fit at this time.

UPDATE: CANDIDATES WITH AVAILABILITY FROM 1pm-7pm WILL BE CONSIDERED 1ST FOR THE POSITION.
If your availability does not meet the availability requirements and current openings, you may not receive a call/email to move to the interview process.

• Early morning shifts – as early as 5:30 AM
• 6 AM or 7 AM–3 PM
• Afternoon shifts: 1 PM–7 PM

(Shift times may vary depending on scheduling needs)

☕ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting guests and taking orders with genuine hospitality
• Making and serving drinks with accuracy and speed
• Promoting and recommending menu items
• Operating the register and handling transactions
• Keeping the cafe clean, stocked, and organized
• Learning kitchen prep and light baking
• Washing dishes, sweeping, and restocking
• Assisting with inventory and ordering as needed
