Title: Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator
Location: Bridgeton, NJ 08302
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Type: Open ended contract (6 months+)
Pay: $18/hr

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate and Sit Down Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging products for shipment. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are key to keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick products from shelves, racks, or bins using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Stage and prepare completed orders for shipping.
• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining organized inventory areas.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move pallets and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Equipment Used

• Sit-down forklift
• Pallet jacks, dollies, or hand trucks
• RF scanners

Requirements

• Sit-down forklift certification and proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Dependable and team-oriented work ethic.
• Basic computer or scanner use skills.
