THE LOCATION: This position is based in Seattle, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Wireless Tower Crew in the buildout, maintenance, and repair of 5G networks.
• Serve as the crew leader, traveling to cellular tower sites and performing work at ground locations (working with electric components) and tower top locations (climbing up to 500 feet).
• Maintain and repair equipment within wireless networks, including equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with Network Operations and Construction Operations teams.
• Complete work on towers at height with a focus on safety; be responsible for all on-site safety processes and incident response when necessary.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis / Job Hazard Analysis at each job site.
• File rigging plans with tower companies.
• Provide training and mentorship to employees in the field in accordance with customer guidelines and policies.
• Up to 100% travel required.
• Ability to track daily duties and time.

Essential Requirements

• Essential Physical Requirements: ability to use a computer, stand, walk, sit, operate with hands, reach, climb/balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl; may lift up to 80 pounds regularly and up to 125 pounds for short distances; PPE considerations (max weight and harness support).
• Essential Sensory Requirements: ability to communicate with others in person, by phone, and via chat; comprehension of communications; vision abilities including close/distance focus and reading documents.
• Basic Skills: read and interpret operating/maintenance/safety documents; write routine reports; speak effectively; operate multiple computer applications; proficiency with Windows 7 or higher; strong presentation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication.
• Mathematical Skills: perform basic arithmetic, interpret graphs, compute rate/ratio/percent.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience working on communication towers surpassing 300 feet high is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Work authorization (required).
• Obtain and maintain industry certifications including RF Safety Certificate, OSHA 10 / OSHA 30, NWSA, CPR / First Aid.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Benefits and Compensation

Pay range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year. Comprehensive and competitive benefits programs:
