Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Location: Stow, OH
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Salary Starting: $18.50 / hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Reach Truck Operator with proven experience operating Crown brand reach trucks . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the worksite.
• Identify materials by part number or written description.
• Inspect materials for quality and defects.
• Manually move materials onto or from pallets and shelves.
• Transport materials from storage or work areas to designated locations.
• Count, weigh, and record quantities of materials handled on daily production sheets.
• Clean work areas, machines, and equipment.
• Assemble crates for product shipment when required.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or containers.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating Crown brand reach trucks is required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures and lighting conditions.
