Join Our Team as a Wound Care Physician!
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified/Eligible physician with expertise in wound care to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will come with experience from an outpatient clinic or academic setting. While not mandatory, surgical training, hyperbaric medicine, or vascular medicine experience would be advantageous.
Your role will include performing essential procedures such as debridement, hematoma evacuation, application of biologic dressings, and biopsies . Depending on your skillset, you may also engage in operative debridement and skin grafting. You'll be responsible for overseeing our skilled wound and ostomy nurses.
This position is based at the Kaiser South Sacramento Medical Facility , with responsibilities extending to our Sacramento and Roseville campuses. You will collaborate with a team of certified wound and ostomy nurses who have expanded roles, supported by dedicated medical assistants at each site.
Enjoy a work schedule of Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm , with an hour for lunch each day. Currently, there is no call requirement, and you may explore opportunities for academic affiliation and mentoring Family Practice residents. Research opportunities are also available for those interested.

This position offers a shareholder track with the opportunity for full partnership after three years of service.
Competitive Salary and Benefits:
The full-time annual salary range is from $320,040 to $330,000 , with additional potential incentives of up to $44,350 . For those interested, reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be discussed.
