Responsibilities Prepare, format, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and other litigation documents Organize and maintain case files and calendars Handle phone calls and correspondence with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel in a friendly and professional manner Qualifications Minimum 3 years of legal assistant or paralegal experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Experience with NJ Courts eCourts or PACER systems preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Compensation Starting at $30/hour, with rate commensurate with experience.
