Access to a 205‑acre outdoor recreation area. Job Summary Maintains a clean, obstruction‑free parking lot, greets guests with a friendly attitude, and assists with groceries and cart placement. Responsibilities Maintain a friendly, guest‑service attitude. Clean and maintain the appearance of the parking lot. Greet guests entering and/or leaving the store. Empty trash cans, spot‑clean spills, and remove breakages. Assist guests with moving groceries and providing bags as needed. Place shopping carts into designated areas. Handle objects gently to avoid damage to items, people, and vehicles. Uphold a safe and sanitary working environment. Comply with company policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Remain courteous with customers at all times. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form. Multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Identify potential hazards and take appropriate remedial action. Report unremediable hazards to a supervisor. Education & Experience Typically involves on‑the‑job training. Minimum age 16 years. Drivers must be 21 years or older to drive for BGC business. Physical Demands Continuous vision use and focus required. Continuous standing and walking required. Continuous talking and hearing required. Frequent hand use for reaching, touching, or handling. Frequent push, pull, maneuver, or lift up to 40 lbs. Frequent bend, kneel, or squat required. Occasional push, pull, maneuver, or lift up to 75 lbs. Attendance at work required. Work Context and Environment Work generally performed outdoors. Continuous exposure to outside temperatures and weather. Occasional exposure to wet, slippery, or damp conditions.
