• Load and unload trucks, sort and move gear
• Pick, pack, and prep orders so they're ready to roll
• Track everything with a handheld scanner - training included
• Stay active on your feet, lift (up to) 25 lbs, and keep moving
• Play it safe and keep the workspace clean
• Be reliable - show up, clock in, and grind it out
• Stay sharp - one detail missed slows everyone down
• Willing to learn and take direction to get better
• Be a team player who backs up the crew
• Stay flexible with shifts, overtime, or new tasks
• We'll train you if you bring the hustle
