Non-Interventional Cardiologist 1.0 FTE Renton, WA Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Non-Interventional Cardiologist to join our established, collaborative, and collegial team of providers. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based.
About the position: • Clinic Hours: Generally, 9 am - 4 pm + administrative time to round/ read echos, etc.
• General Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts per week
• Call: 1 weekday per week (set day) and average 1:6 weekends
• Average # of patients seen per day: 14 patients on a full day, 8-10 on half day
• Typical procedures: coronary angiograms, echocardiograms, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions
• Support staff- 2 RNs, 4 front desk, 10 MAs, 3 device techs, 1 surgery scheduler
• Practitioners: 13 - 4 interventionalists, 3 invasive cardiologists, 3 EPs, 4 APPs
Qualifications: • BE/BC in Cardiology
• Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• >3 years post fellowship experience preferred

COMPENSATION $550,000 - $650,000
Amounts listed may include productivity, quality incentives, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
