Our client in Eau Claire, WI is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join as a  Team Lead  to be part of a World Class Manufacturing Team that builds custom control panels to assist with team member issues, and oversee team member work for quality, attendance, and guideline compliance.

What will you be doing?

• Wire, assemble, and build high volume custom control panels and displays according to job specifications. Read and interpret simple electrical specifications and wiring.
• Coordinates jobs and tasks according to workload to meet daily goals. 
• Internally review employee work to ensure standard work instructions are being adhered to. 
• Comply with and monitor compliance with department policies and procedures. 
• Actively participate in meetings, trainings, and education. 
• Keep the supervisor / managers informed of issues, opportunities for improvement, equipment, procedures, safety, and employees. Recommend changes where appropriate. 
• Assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching and mentoring. Recommend employee training to management.  

What do you bring?

• Five plus years of experience working in manufacturing environment.  
• Associates degree in similar field desirable. 
• Experience in a leadership position with experience as an instructor/trainer
• Must be proficient at using a Computer, Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel), Production Planning Software, Timekeeping software, and other software as needed for the position.
