At Turf Prep, we specialize in high-end landscape construction, site work, and synthetic turf installations. We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our growing team and take a lead role in project execution and estimating.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager / Estimator / Supervisor to oversee landscape construction projects from estimation through completion. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate can lead crews in the field, manage budgets and timelines, and accurately estimate materials, labor, and costs for a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on-site
• Coordinate project scheduling, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Communicate with clients, architects, and vendors throughout the project
• Review plans/specs and develop detailed estimates and takeoffs
• Track project budgets, costs, and productivity
• Ensure quality control, safety, and timely completion of projects
• Support crew hiring, training, and performance reviews

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in landscape construction or site development
• Proven experience managing crews and projects from start to finish
• Strong skills in estimating and reading landscape/site plans
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, construction management software, and takeoff tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (CDL or equipment experience a plus)
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
