Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Pittsburg, PA Tri-State Area

Pay Range: $50,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

What’s the Job?

• Responsible for learning and assisting in performing/improving equipment changeover time ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to commit to growth.
• Travel 20% with 1-2 nights every other week.

What’s Needed?

• 2+ years of experience servicing products such as air compressor systems, vacuum pumps, HVAC, or other process related capital equipment.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Some VFD,  electrical, and PLC troubleshooting experience. 
• Self-motivated and adaptable , willingness to commit to professional and personal growth.
• MUST HAVE the ability to effectively communicate to Facility Owners and Mid-Level Managers at Corporate Accounts.
• Prior experience managing and scheduling PM contracts.
• Ability to handle customer inquires and understand customer applications.
• Team player who can work with dedicated support staff and engineers.
• Solid background in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• All candidates must pass a post offer, pre-employment drug test.
