In this role, you will help clients design their perfect vacations—from selecting the ideal cruise itinerary to curating family-friendly adventures and onboard experiences. If you love travel and enjoy providing exceptional service, this opportunity is a perfect fit.
Guide clients through cruise and family-vacation options, destinations, and packages to create tailored travel experiences.
Assist with bookings, modifications, payments, and cancellations while following vendor and company guidelines.
Provide detailed information on cruise lines, ships, ports of call, excursions, resort stays, and travel requirements.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms.
Deliver a seamless start-to-finish experience—from first inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of quotes, client communication, and confirmed bookings.
Stay current on travel industry trends, promotions, and exclusive partner offers.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and sales performance.
Must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States.
Experience in travel planning, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred (cruise experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking platforms, CRM tools, and social media.
Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.
