The representative ensures customers are promptly, courteously and professionally served, resolves operational problems, monitors online correspondence, and handles difficult customer situations. They provide technical support services and ensure software and computer‑related issues are resolved, working with the Digital Banking team to coordinate online banking service activities across retail, commercial, mobile, bill payment, and telephone banking, completing required reports and records and performing department duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures preferred Professional appearance, dress, and attitude Able to operate related computer applications and business equipment, including computer terminal, telephone, and scanner Responsibilities Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of Retail Online Banking functions Ensures information and technical assistance is provided to retail online banking customers in a professional, timely, and accurate manner Answers questions regarding online banking, e‑statements and bill payment services, educates users, solves problems, and refers complex issues to appropriate personnel Ensures accounts are retained, situations are resolved, and good relations maintained Ensures retail online customer service functions are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures Resets passwords and assigns user codes as requested Verifies e‑statement account set‑up and sets up accounts as needed Maintains accurate and complete retail online banking documents and files Performs department functions as required Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of Business Online Banking functions Ensures business banking customers are established on Business Online Banking efficiently and accurately Answers questions and solves problems for Business Online Banking customers relating to deposits, ACH transactions, funds transfers, online bill payments, and accounting software integration, referring complex cases when necessary Ensures accounts are retained and issues resolved, maintaining good relations Ensures online customer service functions comply with policies and procedures Collaborates with branch personnel to resolve customer complaints and issues involving Commercial Online Banking Ensures commercial online banking documents and records are accurate and complete Informs management of area activities and any significant problems or concerns Maintains professional relationships with online banking customers and bank employees Assists customers with questions or problems and ensures they are appropriately informed Resolves questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously, following up to ensure resolution Obtains and conveys information as needed Maintains the professional reputation of D.L.
