Responsibilities-Call and follow up with individuals who requested insurance quotes
-Collect necessary client information over the phone
-Input and maintain accurate data in the agency's management system
-Ensure all client records are complete and up to date
Requirements-Excellent communication and listening skills
-Professional, courteous demeanor on the phone
-Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
-Comfortable with computers, typing, and multi-tasking
-Ability to balance efficiency with quality client interactions
