Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of general corporate law experience
• Deep familiarity with venture capital financings, public offerings, and SEC reporting
• Experience with startup and emerging company representation across growth stages
• Strong corporate governance knowledge and client counseling skills
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• California Bar admission or eligibility to waive in preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Advise technology and life sciences clients on venture financings and corporate governance
• Assist with IPOs, follow-on offerings, and ongoing SEC compliance
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and investment documents
• Support early-stage companies through growth, M&A, and exit strategies
• Build longterm client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness
