Hospice Community Liaison
Location: Cleveland, Ohio Area
About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare and building strong community connections? We’re looking for a proactive professional to grow awareness of hospice services and develop lasting relationships with healthcare providers and local organizations.
What You’ll Do:
Connect with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other community partners to introduce and promote hospice services
Organize and participate in educational events and outreach programs
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with referral sources
Identify opportunities to expand the agency’s presence in the region
Work closely with internal teams to support smooth operations and timely communication
What We’re Looking For:
Background in marketing, sales, or community outreach; healthcare experience a plus
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Self-starter who thrives independently and can adapt to changing needs
Professional, approachable, and able to represent the organization in the community
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
