The Central Scheduler is responsible for making and managing the schedule for therapist on all units within our Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital.


Shift: PRN every other Sunday 1:30p-8p and as needed throughout the week, 3pm - 7:30pm

Job Requirements:

Weekday Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, TR, School), including, making all necessary changes and cancellations.
• Makes an actual schedule for Speech Therapy, Psychology, and Audiology.

Weekend Responsibilities:

• Actual scheduling of inpatient therapies (PT, OT, TR).
• Schedules all Friday admissions for evaluations for Saturday and all Saturday admissions for Sunday.
• Responsible for data entry of Speech Therapy schedule.
• Schedules all inpatient Aquatic Therapies.

Holiday Scheduling Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of all inpatient therapies (PT, OT, SLP, and TR).
• Responsible for data entry of all inpatient therapy (inclusive of above) appointments. High school graduate or GED. Some college preferred. High school diploma or GED. 2 years of experience as administrative assistant or scheduler within the medical, service or hospitality fields.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience as administrative assistant or scheduler within the medical, service or hospitality fields.
