Job Description

A large banking client in North Phoenix is hiring call center agents to work their 3rd shift schedule which includes weekends. Examples of a 3rd shift start time would be 7pm-10pm start time. If you have at least 1-2 years of RECENT call center experience and are open to working overnight shifts, please consider applying! The next classes will begin Jan 12 and Jan 20 2026!


salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 7 PM - 4 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, and balance inquiries.
• Review credit card profiles, payments, and account details to resolve customer concerns.
• Handle 75-100 inbound calls daily with calls averaging 3-5 minutes.
• Adhere to an 8 week training schedule without missing any time
