Overview

As the Associate Creative Director (Copy) you will find yourself at the intersection of doing the work and learning to lead the charge. Youll be able to apply your exceptionally established craft, and leverage written word in different mediums while trying on a new responsibilityleadership.

Senior writers will seek our thoughtful input and youll have the opportunity to lead in creative direction, as well client communication and presentations for the creative team.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation for integrated campaigns
• Offer smart, thoughtful points of view on creative concepts
• Assist in and help to direct asset creation, delivering work you are proud of
• Exhibitastrong strategic senseoffer feedback and challenges to strengthen creative brief
• Staycurrentonlatestindustrytrends
• Pay attention to the details: i.e., grammar
• Maintain the highest quality oncreativedeliverables
• Lead the production of an idea while coaching more junior talent on how its done
• Create creative decks to present to client, and be point of contact for creative direction both internally and client side
• Be receptivetoconstructivecriticism
• Be proactive in finding ways to support the creative team
• Mentor Junior and Senior Copywriters, and learn to offer collaborative feedback on art direction

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising/Portfolio school
• 7+ years of professional creativewriting

  Compensation Range: $127,000- $146,000/yr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
