Required Skills

1. Strong conceptual skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
2. Polished client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge
3. Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives in their development
4. Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience

1. A bachelor's degree, advertising or art emphasis preferred
2. Seven-plus years of experience in an agency setting
