Career Integration
  • Integrate career readiness conversations into advising interactions, including skills articulation, experiential learning, and post-graduate planning.

  • Collaborate with career services partners to support internships, fellowships, graduate school preparation, and workforce outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with faculty, enrollment management, student success units, and advising colleagues to support consistent student success practices.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with students, families, faculty, and staff.
